How we work
Jencor Construction builds custom homes and renovations, often in collaboration with architects and interior designers. Our growth has come mostly from referrals: families and companies who value superior craftsmanship and careful attention to quality.
Our boutique approach lets our team stay onsite for the entire construction process, so we can closely oversee everything from overall operations to the finest details. We work closely with every client to understand their needs and build a project tailored to them, with clear communication at every step.

Meet Corey Abrams, owner and general contractor
Corey founded Jencor Construction and has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has had a passion for building and creating things since he was young. That passion led him to earn a degree at the University of California, Berkeley, after which he studied auto mechanics before starting his own company.
As owner, Corey is involved in every part of the business, from the first consultation to the final inspection. He makes sure every project is finished to a high standard and that every client is satisfied with the result.
When he's not on the job, Corey enjoys time with his family, working on cars, and learning new construction techniques and technologies.
