Our Bel Air kitchen: Linda Flora
The Linda Flora kitchen had very unusual existing walnut cabinetry. We copied it and added a new section so the new work reads as part of the original kitchen. The room also has a walnut bar wall with wine storage and fluted glass cabinets.
We also did work in other parts of the house: Roman clay walls and a new fireplace in the primary bedroom, cabinetry in several rooms, and a home gym with rubber flooring.
Matching existing work
Adding onto a high-end kitchen without replacing it takes careful matching: the wood species and grain, the stain, the door profile and the hardware. We build samples and get them approved before the final pieces are made.
Permits in Bel Air
Bel Air is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits and inspections go through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). We handle the permit paperwork and schedule the inspections.
