Our Beverly Glen condo kitchen
This was a complete condo remodel, and the kitchen gets a lot out of a narrow galley: painted raised-panel cabinets to the ceiling, glass-front uppers, black quartz counters and backsplash, a cooktop under a stainless hood, double wall ovens beside full-height pull-out pantry towers, and a farmhouse sink at a raised bar that opens to the living room.
Remodeling a condo kitchen
A condo kitchen comes with an extra set of rules from the HOA: approved work hours, elevator and parking reservations, and limits on plumbing, venting and flooring (many buildings require sound underlayment). We plan around those rules from the start.
Permits in Beverly Glen
Beverly Glen is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits and inspections go through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). We handle the permit paperwork and schedule the inspections.
