Our Porter Ranch bathrooms

Santini Lane. A walk-in shower with blue gradient mosaic tile and a built-in bench, a navy vanity with brass hardware, a dark wallpapered powder room, and showers in sage and gray-green handmade tile.

Albion Way. A powder room with textured charcoal walls, a brass globe sconce, a sculpted mirror and a marble sink, plus a gray marble primary shower with frameless glass and twin square rain heads.

How we run a bathroom remodel

We settle the layout, the shower details and the tile layout before demolition, then build waterproofing first, tile second and glass last. You get a written estimate and a signed contract before work starts.

Permits in Porter Ranch

Porter Ranch is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits and inspections go through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). We handle the permit paperwork and schedule the inspections.

Yes. We build to your designer's plans and selections and coordinate the trades around them.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Most custom bathrooms take several weeks of construction after the design and permit are done. Waterproofing, tile and custom glass set the pace.
